Beratena Agrahara laptops that stay on with the plug in and die when the plug is out are tested at Ganesh Complex as a pack first.
Unplugged fade is a pack test
The adapter is tried as its own test. A pack that only lives on the adapter is not written down as a bad adapter.
You hear the failed test before a part is fitted.
Call 099724 47766 and say it dies off the plug. The services page, the Beratena repair page, and the main combined page run those tests apart.
