Doddathoguru does not stock a charger test. That test is at Ganesh Complex, and the pack is a separate test beside it.
Two power parts, two answers
A charger that never wakes the laptop is not written down as a weak pack. A pack that swells, dies early, or stops taking a charge is not written down as a bad charger.
You get the one that failed, plus the quote, before either part is fitted.
Call 099724 47766 and say whether it lights at all. The services page, the Doddathoguru repair page, and the main laptop page match this counter.
