Doddathoguru is the start of the carry, not the bench. The bench is Ganesh Complex, Electronic City, above the TVS showroom. Starred glass stays on the laptop for that carry.
Do not scrape the crack
Peeling broken glass at home adds cuts and missing pieces the counter then has to account for. They look at the crack, and they also tell a dim image or a black image with the fan still moving apart from broken glass. A weak battery, dead keys, a crawling drive, heat, and malware are named only when those are present.
The crack arrives as it happened
They can match the quote to the damage you actually have. Paid work starts after that match.
Message 099724 47766 that the glass is starred. The services page, the Doddathoguru repair page, and the main hand-in page are the bench.
