Phase 2 is a different stretch of Electronic City from the counter. SAI Laptop Service does not keep a second bench there. You bring the laptop to the walk-in shop in Ganesh Complex, above the TVS showroom, opposite Infosys.
The laptop you already own
Most machines that arrive still have a life in them. A panel that is cracked or black is replaced when the panel is the fault. A battery that swells or fades early is replaced. A keyboard with dead keys, repeating keys, or a drink in the mat is replaced when the keyboard is the fault. When the hard disk is why the machine crawls, the counter fits an SSD or a new drive. A loud fan or heat through the palm rest is traced to the fan and heat sink. A screen full of pop-ups is cleaned by removing malware, which is a different task from a new disk.
Why you keep that machine
The benefit is that you leave with the same laptop, not a suggestion to start over. A part goes in only after the bench has said that part is the fault. You are not paying for a part the counter has not named.
