Phase 2 is a place to leave from, not a place where this shop keeps tools. The tools are in Ganesh Complex, Electronic City, upstairs from the TVS showroom and across from Infosys. Bring the machine with you.
Two faults that look like one
A laptop that feels slow can be a tired hard disk or a system full of malware. Those are different repairs. A new SSD or a new drive is for the disk. A clean is for pop-ups and locked files. They change a panel only after they see a crack, a dim image, or a black image that belongs to the panel. A battery that will not hold power is replaced. A keyboard after a spill is its own job. Heat that cuts the work short is the fan and the heat sink, checked before anyone orders parts.
Why there is no Phase 2 desk
A second desk would be a claim this shop does not make. You deal with the Ganesh Complex bench, you hear the quote, and paid work waits until that quote is accepted.
