Parappana Agrahara is a short way from the Electronic City counter, and the laptop still has to come in. SAI Laptop Service works from Ganesh Complex, above the TVS showroom, opposite Infosys. There is no collection van in the agrahara.
A pack that is pushing the case open
If the palm rest is lifting, or the cover no longer sits flat, stop using the laptop. Do not force the lid shut, and do not puncture the pack. A swollen battery, one that dies early, or one that will not take a charge is replaced when the battery is the fault. The rest of the bench still covers a cracked or black screen, a keyboard with dead or sticky keys, an SSD or a new drive for a failing disk, heat through the fan and heat sink, and a malware clean for pop-ups and locked files.
Why you are told before the pack comes out
The benefit is warning, not a surprise at the end. You hear that the battery is the fault, and you hear the quote, before any paid work. You can say no and take the laptop home.
Call or WhatsApp 099724 47766 if the case is bulging. The services page, computer repair page, and technician page cover the same shop.
What they say about a bulging pack is on the Parappana Agrahara technician page.
A Windows system that will not start is on the Parappana tech page.
Reinstalling Windows when it will not boot is on the Parappana service page.
Pop-ups cleared on the laptop, not sold as a drive, are on the Parappana PC page.
Leaving the disk inside the machine is on the Parappana hand-in page.
Removing malware instead of selling a drive is on the Parappana near page.
