Konappana Agrahara sits beside Electronic City. The bench that takes the laptop is the walk-in counter at Ganesh Complex, not a stall inside the locality. Bring the machine with you.
Heat, a slow disk, or something else
From the chair, heat and a tired drive can feel alike: the laptop drags, or it stops. At the counter those are separate. Loud fans, sudden shutdowns, and a warm palm rest are followed to the fan and the heat sink. A disk that is slow or failing is exchanged for an SSD or a new drive. A cracked or flickering panel, a battery that will not hold, and keys that stick or stay dead are their own jobs. Malware, pop-ups, and locked files are cleaned off the system.
Why the split is the point
A heat problem is not quietly written up as a new disk, and a dirty system is not quietly written up as a new panel. You hear which of those it is. The quote follows that name, before any paid work. That clarity is the benefit of the visit.
