Konappana Agrahara is not an SAI doorway. The doorway is Ganesh Complex, Electronic City, opposite Infosys, above the TVS showroom. Carry the laptop through it.
Letters that no longer type
A cap that has come off, or a letter that stays silent, is a keyboard job. Crumbs under one sticky key are not automatically a new mat. A software toggle cannot replace a cap that is gone. If they also find a cracked panel, a swollen pack, a slow disk, heat, or pop-ups, those are written as extra lines, not folded into the keyboard.
You hear whether the mat is actually dead
The benefit is that distinction. Paid work starts only after the quote names it.
Call 099724 47766 and name the silent letters. The services page, the Konappana Agrahara repair page, and the main PC page are the doorway.
