Veerasandra is not the shop address. You bring the laptop to SAI Laptop Service in Ganesh Complex, Electronic City, opposite Infosys. The counter is walk-in.
Say if the old files matter
A slow or failing hard disk can be replaced with an SSD or a new drive. This site does not publish drive sizes, and this page does not promise a copy of what is on the old disk. If those files matter, say so before the case is opened. The bench also changes a cracked, dim, or black panel when that is the fault, changes a battery that swells or fades, replaces a keyboard with dead keys or a spill, traces overheating to the fan and heat sink, and removes malware when the trouble is pop-ups or locked files.
Why you speak up about the files
The benefit is that a drive job starts with your files in the conversation, not after the disk is already out. You still get the quote before any paid work, and you can pause if the files are the part you care about.
Mention the files when you call or WhatsApp 099724 47766. More of the bench is on the services page, the computer repair page, and the technician page.
What to tell them about old files is on the Veerasandra technician page.
