Veerasandra is not their shop address. You bring the laptop to the person at SAI Laptop Service in Ganesh Complex, Electronic City, opposite Infosys. The counter is walk-in.
Tell them if the old files matter
A slow or failing hard disk can be replaced with an SSD or a new drive. Drive sizes are not listed here, and nobody on this page promises a copy of the old disk. If those files matter, say so before they open the case. They also change a cracked, dim, or black panel when that is the fault, change a battery that swells or fades, replace a keyboard with dead keys or a spill, trace overheating to the fan and heat sink, and remove malware when the trouble is pop-ups or locked files.
Why you say it before the case opens
The benefit is that the files enter the conversation while the disk is still in the laptop. You still receive the quote before any paid work, and you can pause if the files are what you came to protect.
Mention the files on 099724 47766. More is on the services page, the Veerasandra repair page, and the technician page.
