Veerasandra does not receive the machine. Ganesh Complex does, Electronic City, opposite Infosys, above the TVS showroom. If Windows stops before the desktop, still bring the whole laptop.
A logo screen is still a hand-in
A clean install is for a system that will not boot, or for a fresh start you asked for. Stripping the disk or the keyboard first is not required, and it is not helpful. They keep an install apart from an SSD or a new hard disk. A cracked panel, a dead pack, sticky keys, heat, and a virus clean are named only when those are the faults.
They can still see what is fitted
An untouched machine is easier to judge. The quote says install or part, before paid work.
Ring 099724 47766 if it stalls on the logo. The services page, the Veerasandra repair page, and the main hand-in page are where it is received.
