Konappana Agrahara is not on the shop sign. The sign is SAI Laptop Service, Ganesh Complex, Electronic City, above the TVS showroom. You bring the laptop across.
Crumbs are not a keyboard sale
A sticky key can be dust. They say so when that is all it is. A row that stays dead after a spill, or letters that have snapped off, is a keyboard replacement. A software setting cannot stand in for a key that is physically gone. The same visit can cover a swollen battery, a screen with a crack or a flicker, an SSD or a new drive for a failing disk, a hot palm rest, and a virus clean.
The benefit of being told which it is
You do not pay for a keyboard when the mat only needed cleaning. The quote is spoken before any paid work.
Call 099724 47766 and mention the sticky key or the spill. The services page, the Konappana Agrahara repair page, and the main tech page describe the counter.
