Konappana Agrahara is a place the laptop comes from. The place it is opened is SAI Laptop Service in Ganesh Complex, Electronic City, opposite Infosys. There is no Konappana counter.
A bulging pack is the battery
If the trackpad lifts or the case no longer sits flat, they treat that as a swollen battery. A pack that fades before the day is over, or one that refuses current, is the same part. They do not rename it as a screen job. Screens, mute keys, a slow disk, a hot fan, and a virus clean are written only when those are what they see.
You hear the part before it is ordered
The benefit is a pack that is identified, not guessed. The quote comes first, and paid work follows only if you agree.
Call 099724 47766 and mention a lifted trackpad or a short charge. The services page, the Konappana Agrahara repair page, and the main service page are the walk-in.
