There is no second person stationed in Phase 2. The one who opens laptops for SAI Laptop Service works the walk-in bench in Ganesh Complex, above the TVS showroom, opposite Infosys. You bring the machine to them.
They stay with the laptop you carried
A cracked or black panel is replaced when that panel is the fault. A battery that swells or fades before the day is over is replaced. Dead keys, keys that repeat, and a drink in the mat are a keyboard replacement when the keyboard is the fault. If the hard disk is why the machine drags, they fit an SSD or a new drive. Heat and a loud fan are traced to the fan and heat sink. A display full of pop-ups is cleaned by removing malware, which they will not pretend is a new disk.
Why the same laptop goes home
The benefit is that they repair the machine in your bag. A part is fitted only after they have said that part is the fault. You are not nudged toward a different laptop.
