Doddathoguru does not replace the pack. The replacement happens at SAI Laptop Service in Ganesh Complex, Electronic City, above the TVS showroom. You bring the laptop there.
A short charge is a new pack
When the battery fades halfway through use, swells, or refuses current, they replace the pack. They do not call a checkbox in the software a repair. A dark display is checked separately in case the panel, a cable, or the board is the cause. Keys, a slow disk, a loud fan, and malware are other replacements or cleans, each named alone.
The pack in the quote is the pack that failed
You are not sold a screen for a battery. Paid work starts after you accept the named pack.
Ring 099724 47766 and say how quickly the charge falls off. The services page, the Doddathoguru repair page, and the main near page are the replacement bench.
