Phase 2 does not seat anyone to open a laptop. The person is at Ganesh Complex in Electronic City, opposite Infosys and above the TVS showroom.
You meet the one who opens it
No desk takes the machine and passes it down a line. The counter that hears the symptom is the counter that fits the part, when a part is actually the fault.
You tell the story once
You are not asked to repeat the fault to a second stranger. Nothing is fitted until that quote has been said aloud.
Call 099724 47766 and ask to speak with the person on the bench. See the services page, the Phase 2 repair page, and the main mechanic page.
