Veerasandra lids that stay dark are met with the charger first, at Ganesh Complex. The pack is the next test, and it is not written as the same part.
The adapter is tried before the lid is blamed
A charger that never wakes the laptop is one answer. A pack that will not take a charge is another. They say which test failed.
You get that one answer, plus the quote, before either part is fitted.
Call 099724 47766 and say the lid stays dark. The services page, the Veerasandra repair page, and the main pc visit start with the adapter.
