The adapter and the pack
A charger is fitted when the charger failed. A battery that has swollen or stopped accepting current is a different fitting. They try to see which one quit before they write the quote. A damaged screen, a bad keyboard, an SSD or a new hard disk, the fan and heat sink, and a malware clean are fitted or done only for their own faults.
