Andapura is not their shop front. The shop front, and the person at it, is SAI Laptop Service at Ganesh Complex in Electronic City, opposite Infosys, above the TVS showroom. Walk the laptop in.
They keep software on one line and a part on another
Windows is installed clean when the laptop will not boot, or when you want a fresh start. That install does not stand in for a screen, a battery, or a keyboard. A cracked or black panel, a swollen or fading pack, dead or sticky keys, an SSD or a new drive for a failing disk, heat traced to the fan and heat sink, and a malware clean for pop-ups are each their own line when they are the fault.
Why those lines are not merged
The benefit is that a fresh Windows install is not used to hide a dead battery, and a new part is not used to hide a system that only needed a clean start. The quote shows the line they are asking you to accept, before any paid work.
Say whether it still boots when you call or WhatsApp 099724 47766. The services page, the Andapura repair page, and the technician page hold the wider list.
