Basapura is not the room where the bag is unpacked. That room is Ganesh Complex, Electronic City, upstairs from the TVS showroom. Put the charger in the bag with the laptop.
Both power parts on the bench
A dark adapter light and a pack that will not take current are easy to mix up until both are present. They test which failed. A charger is fitted when the charger is the fault. A swollen or exhausted pack is the other part. Screens, keyboards, an SSD or a new hard disk, heat, and a malware clean stay available for their own faults.
You do not make a second trip for the brick
The benefit is one visit with both parts. The quote names which one failed, before paid work.
Text 099724 47766 and say if the adapter light is out. The services page, the Basapura repair page, and the main hand-in page are the unpacking room.
